The digital indexes of a city such as population, size, density, etc. are among the factors that affect the realization of Islamic lifestyle, for they can facilitate or weaken performance of religious duties and inattention to them is a lacuna that has blocked the realization of Islamic lifestyle, justice, and security in contemporary megacities. Through relying on religious sources, a new approach and utilization of rational method, attempts have been made to answer the following question: In line with the realization of Islamic lifestyle, is it possible to infer specific digits for digital indexes of the city? Most of the previous studies related to an Islamic city have either failed to touch the digital indexes of the city, or, if they have done so, they are not based on religious sources. The findings of this research indicate that the maximum area and population of a city, compatible with Islamic lifestyle, are respectively 38,000 acres and 1.7 million people. Neglect of these figures and going beyond the said digital indexes can lead to undesirable impacts on Islamic lifestyle.
