Background and Objective: The judicial system in the second stage of the Islamic Revolution requires a fundamental transformation in order to achieve justice, transparency, and structural soundness. This research aims to examine the role of the components of the judicial system in creating transformation and improving its efficiency.
Methodology: The present research was conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method. Data were collected from documents, statements, and policies related to the judiciary and analyzed at three levels of basic, organizing, and comprehensive themes.
Findings: In analyzing the role of the components of the judicial system in the transformation of the second stage of the revolution, 20 basic themes and 20 organizing themes were identified and aggregated into 6 comprehensive themes.These themes included "the need for fundamental transformation in the judicial system", "strategic planning for transformation", "utilizing domestic and international knowledge and experiences", "fighting corruption and reforming judicial processes", "institutionalizing justice and judgment based on religion", and "adopting a scientific and forward-looking approach in judicial management".
Results: In order to achieve transformation in the judicial system, it is necessary to adopt policies based on knowledge and prudence, strengthen supervisory structures and justice in all judicial processes. Developing a local model based on Islamic jurisprudence and implementing modern management principles can transform the judiciary into an efficient, independent and transparent institution in line with the second step of the revolution
