While referring to the necessity of philosophical studies about culture, attempts have been made in the present paper through a innovative approach to provide answer to ten questions about philosophy of culture. In fact, philosophy of culture is “systematic knowledge stemming from comprehensive-rational study of general rules of culture.” Also an all-encompassing structure of main pivots of philosophy of culture has been given which contains innovative points.
