The purpose of this research was to analyze migration and extra-brains based on the role of demographic variables in Iranian students. The present research method is developmental in nature, in terms of sequential exploratory mixed strategy, and in terms of the method of doing it based on three meta-composite, sequential exploratory paths (to The method of theme analysis) and survey was quantitative. In this research, to identify the effect of ethnic, religious and gender identity on Iranian students' migration and extra-brains, the meta-composite method of the research background was used, and a total of 31 categories were identified by examining 19 related domestic and foreign articles. Also, a model to reduce the phenomenon of migration and brain drain was conducted by interviewing experts and using the theme analysis method, and the final model includes 8 main elements (balanced sustainable development, empowerment of women, strengthening of nationalism, control of corruption and discrimination, promotion of international mobility, governance and promotion of law, reduction of political factors and education of elites) was designed in the form of 43 categories or components. Based on the results of the model presented in this research as a framework for the development of the fields of reducing ethnic, religious and gender discrimination, strengthening nationalism, the growth of university education, fields of interaction between industry and university, acceptance of international students and international university interaction. provides that it can ultimately lead to a reduction in the immigration of elites with different ethnic,religious and gender identities.
