Abstract
This study aims to critically analyze the relationship between the general policies of teacher training in the teacher training and human resource provision subsystem and its theoretical model in the theoretical foundations of the fundamental transformation of the formal public education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For this purpose, first, the programs of the "Teacher Training and Human Resource Provision" subsystem were categorized according to the axes of principles in the theoretical model of "Theoretical Foundations of the Fundamental Transformation of the Formal Public Education System of the Islamic Republic of Iran" and then the relationship of each program with the principles of the corresponding axis was analyzed. In general, from the analysis of the relationship between the programs of the subsystem and the principles of the theoretical model in the theoretical foundation's guide, it can be concluded that the policymaker has not paid attention to most of the theoretical principles in designing practical programs. On the other hand, the developed programs have no connection with theoretical principles. Although the weakness in the development of principles in the theoretical position is obvious, the programs are also not in line with the principles as they should be and in most cases are only related to a part of the principles. Given the legal obligation to mend educational development documents, it is suggested that similar research be conducted in the other five subsystems and used in the restoration process of these documents.
