The Impact of Organizational Enablers on the Implementation of Knowledge Management

Abstract

The present paper focuses on the impact of organization enablers on the implementation of knowledge management at Shahid Rajaee Teacher training University. The sample for the present study was randomly selected from amongst the employees of the university (108 employees). Two separate questionnaires on organizational enablers and knowledge management have been used for the collection of data. The results indicate that there were significant relationships between information technology and organizational culture with knowledge management processes. On the contrary, there was no significant relation between organizational structure and knowledge management processes. Finally, multiple regression analysis shows that among organizational enablers, information technology and organizational structure accounted for the highest degree of variance in knowledge management processes.
