Given the concentration of the domination system on utilization of the cyberspace capacities and capabilities to create ethnic, sectarian and social compressed tensions and spread mistrust between the public and the government and launch aggressive network attacks to paralyze the management of the affairs, cyber war is one of the most important manifestations of threats to national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Acting in this space requires proper understanding of all its aspects, capacities and case study of application of cyberspace to soft war. Through proper understanding and operational assessment of threats and through adopting offensive and defensive approaches, not only it is possible to thwart them but also prepare the strategic grounds for utilization of cyberspace capabilities within the framework of strategy of cyber soft operations against the enemy. گسترش فناوری‌های اطلاعات و ارتباطات به‌ویژه فناوری‌های معطوف به محیط سایبر، با تغییر بنیادین ماهیت، ابزار و روش‌های نوین جنگی، تحول و دگرگونی‌های اساسی در گونه‌های مختلف تهدیدهای امنیتی را به‌دنبال داشته است. با توجه به تمرکز نظام سلطه بر بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های فضای مجازی به‌منظور تنش‌سازی‌های متراکم و گسترده قومی، فرقه‌ای، اجتماعی و ایجاد بی‌اعتمادی میان جامعه و حاکمیت و تهاجم شبکه‌ای تاکتیکی با هدف مختل‌سازی مدیریت امور جاری کشور، جنگ نرم سایبری یکی از مهم‌ترین جلوه‌های تهدید‌آفرین امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. کنشگری در این فضا مستلزم مداقه در همه ابعاد این محیط، ظرفیت‌های کلی و همچنین موردپژوهیِ کاربست فضای ساییر در جنگ نرم است. در این راستا، به‌نظر می‌رسد می‌توان ضمن شناخت کافی و برآورد عملیاتی تهدیدها، با اتخاذ رویکرد آفندی و پدافندی، نه‌تنها آنها را خنثی نمود بلکه بسترهای راهبردی را به‌منظور بهره‌گیری از قابلیت‌های فضای مجازی در راهبرد عملیات نرم سایبری علیه دشمن فراهم نمود.<br /><br /> http://www.jsfc.ir/article_43924_d9fcecfd2d905e4a2cb501dab72d5184.pdf
