It is argued in this paper that these two cases are related to the domain of public morality of creators, craftsmen, actors and users of technologies. Some intellectual tests are presented showing the refusal of direct entry of morality into the sphere of technology, connecting it to the domain of public morality of all actors. This analysis will come to two conclusions, according to one of which morality is a priori and according to the other it is a posteriori to the technology that has already laid in its value and ideological aspects and will be established afterwards. Based on this analysis, there is a kind of indeterminacy in post-technological morality arising from the complexities of the function. The domain of this indeterminacy can even be expanded to pre-technological morality and this is what renders the duty of morality in technology unclear and almost suspended. This conclusion can be used as evidence to the contention that technology lacks the essence which Heidegger attributed to it. However, the solution to any crisis arising from technology, including moral crisis, is still what he suggested. در زمینه فنّاوری دو گونه اخلاق وجود دارد که از آنها به‌ترتیب تحت عنوان‌های اخلاق پیشافنّاوری و اخلاق پسافنّاوری یاد می‌شود. استدلال خواهد شد که هر دوی این موارد به حوزه اخلاق عمومی آفرینندگان، صنعتگران، کنشگران و کاربران فنّاوری‌ها اختصاص دارد. چند آزمایش فکری پیشنهاد خواهدشد که بیانگر امتناع ورود مستقیم اخلاق به ساحت فنّاوری است و آن را به حوزه اخلاق عمومی همگی کنشگران منتسب می‌سازد. این واکاوی به دو نتیجه خواهد رسید که مطابق یک تحلیل، اخلاق، امری پیشین و در تحلیلی دیگر، امری پسین نسبت به فنّاوری است که در وجوه ارزشی و ایدئولوژیک آن پیش‌تر مستتر شده است و باز پس‌تر مستقر خواهد شد. براساس این تحلیل نوعی عدم تعیّن در اخلاق پسافنّاوری وجود دارد که ناشی از پیچیدگی‌های امر کارکرد است. دامنه این عدم تعیّن را حتی می‌توان به اخلاق پیشافنّاوری نیز بسط داد و این همان نکته‌ای است که تکلیف اخلاق در زمینه فنّاوری را ناتمام و تاحدودی معلق می‌گذارد و این خود شاهدی بر این مدعاست که فنّاوری فاقد ذات به آن معنایی است که هایدگر به آن نسبت می‌داد. اما راه‌حل هرگونه بحران حاصل از فنّاوری مشتمل بر بحران اخلاقی هنوز همان است که او ارائه داده بود. http://www.jsfc.ir/article_34096_63a6cfc9c917b4133ce3f8d000cb9a8e.pdf
