The present paper is an attempt to study the degree of work ethics in relation with various types of religiosity. The main question of this research is: is there any relationship between various kinds of religiosity and degree of work ethics in the social context of Iran? The statistical population of this research includes the employees of Zanjan University. The sample was collected through classified sampling method constituting 259 employees. Theories of Weber and John Shepherd were used for justification of relationship between various types of religiosity and the degree of work ethics. The findings of the paper indicate that overall the degree of work ethics of employees was average and high. There is a significant relationship between various types of religiosity and degree of work ethics of employees. Regarding the four aspects of work ethics, there are major differences between modernists and radical Islamists with other types. The degree of work ethics of the said two groups of believers is more than those of other two groups. Also, regression analysis results indicate that Islamic modernism and radical Islamism have the highest impacts on work ethics.    اخلاق کار یکی از مهم‌‌ترین عوامل فرهنگی در توسعه محسوب می‌‌گردد. این پژوهش باتوجه به انواع دینداری‌‌ها، میزان اخلاق کار را مد نظر قرار داده و درصدد پاسخ به این نکته است که با توجه به شرایط اجتماعی ایران آیا میان انواع دینداری افراد و میزان اخلاق کار آنها رابطه‌‌ای وجود دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارمندان دانشگاه زنجان بوده‌‌اند که از میان آنان جمعیت نمونه به‌‌صورت نمونه‌‌گیری طبقه‌‌بندی‌‌شده، به‌‌تعداد 259 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای توجیه نظری رابطه انواع دینداری و میزان اخلاق کار ازنظریات وبر و شپرد استفاده شده است. یافته‌‌ها نشان دادند که به‌‌طور کلی میزان اخلاق کار اکثریت کارمندان متوسط و بالا بود. بین انواع دینداری و میزان اخلاق کارمندان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد، از حیث ابعاد چهارگانه اخلاق کار نیز تفاوت عمده میان تجددگرایان و اسلام گرایان رادیکال با انواع دیگر وجود دارد و میزان اخلاق کار این دو گروه دینداران نسبت به دو گروه دیگر بیشتر است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان دادند که تجدد‌‌گرایی اسلامی و اسلام‌‌گرایی رادیکال بیشترین تاثیر را بر اخلاق کار داشته‌‌اند. http://www.jsfc.ir/article_15129_cfa31d8130bef0e6643e5de9d0a0cac9.pdf
