The present paper is an attempt to study experiences of teachers and students about attention to research ethics to depict a clear picture of misbehaviors and factors facilitating violations in the field of research in higher education. The present study was conducted through qualitative and phenomenological methods by collecting the sample via targeted sampling and deep interviews with 19 teachers and PhD students. The interviews were recorded and analyzed through Streubert and Carpenter (2003) method. In order to increase the precision, throughout the research, the manuscripts were reviewed by interviewees and the viewpoints of colleagues were taken into consideration. The findings based on the experiences of the teachers and students about research ethics were classified into six main themes, i.e. “misbehaviors in research”, “environmental pressures”, “individual traits”, “lack of management and guidance”, “educational system” and “consequences and results”, and several subthemes. The findings depict a clear picture of the experiences of the teachers and students about research ethics. به‌رغم رشد چشمگیر پژوهش‌ها در عرصه‌های گوناگون، کم‌توجهی به اخلاق پژوهش در مقاطع تحصیلی و درجات علمی بالا مشاهده می‌شود. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر به‌توصیف تجربیات اساتید و دانشجویان از توجه به اخلاق پژوهش می‌پردازد تا تصویر روشنی از سوء رفتارها و عوامل زمینه‌ساز تخلفات در حوزه پژوهش‌های آموزش عالی ارائه نماید. پژوهش حاضر به‌شیوه کیفی و پدیدارشناسی با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و به‌وسیله مصاحبه ژرف‌نگر با 19 نفر از اساتید و دانشجویان دکتری انجام گرفت. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط شدند و به‌روش استرابرت و کارپنتر (2003) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. جهت افزایش دقت و استحکام، ‌بررسی دقیق و مشاهده مداوم در تمام مراحل پژوهشی، نظرات تکمیلی همکاران و مرور و بازنگری دست‌نوشته‌ها توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان مدنظر قرار گرفت. یافته‌های حاصل از تجربیات اساتید و دانشجویان در خصوص اخلاق پژوهش در شش مضمون اصلی «سوء رفتارها در پژوهش»، «فشارهای محیطی»، «ویژگی‌های فردی»، « فقدان مدیریت و راهنمایی»، «نظام آموزشی» و «عواقب و پیامدها» و چندین مضمون فرعی خلاصه گردید. یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعه می‌تواند تصویری روشن از تجربه اساتید و دانشجویان از اخلاق پژوهش ارائه نماید. http://www.jsfc.ir/article_15069_45e1ef0afb76fef33345fcac011c18bb.pdf
