For this purpose, the teaching methods of distinguished professors of humanities and social sciences in Iran have been studied. In order to find out their teaching methods, an indirect method was used in this study: The lived experiences of young professors who were once students of those prominent professors about the latter’s teaching methods were represented in the form of recalling their memories. Interpretative phenomenology was used in this representation. The participants were purposefully selected and interviews for gathering the necessary data continued until theoretical saturation. The research results show that in teaching humanities and social sciences, distinguished professors employed two strategies: Structural strategy (regular and interactive classes); and, processual strategy (teaching in three phases: instructive, practical, and critical). These strategies were used to achieve the following ideals: Learning theoretical knowledge, ability to analyze and criticize, and imparting academic character to the students. The implementation of this teaching strategy required the professors to possess two characteristics: Consistent, unique and up-to-date knowledge; and, high degree of social skills in interacting with the students. این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به رویکردی در آموزش علوم انسانی، به بررسی شیوه‌های تدریس مؤثر در علوم انسانی در دانشگاه‌های ایران پرداخته است. برای این منظور چگونگی آموزش استادان بزرگ علوم انسانی و اجتماعی در ایران واکاویده شد. برای دستیابی به چگونگی آموزش این استادان بزرگ از روشی غیرمستقیم در پژوهش بهره گرفته شد: تجارب زیسته‎ استادان کنونی علوم انسانی از حضور در کلاس آن استادان بزرگ در قالب خاطرات آنان بازنمایی گردید. در این بازنمایی از راهبرد پدیدارشناسی تفسیری بهره گرفته شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت هدفمند، انتخاب شدند و فرآیند گردآوری داده‌ها به روش مصاحبه‌ تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. بر مبنای نتایج تحقیق، اساتید مذکور در کار تدریس خود، دو گونه راهبرد داشته‌اند: راهبرد ساختاری (کلاس درس منظم و مشارکتی) و راهبرد فرایندی (آموزش در سه گام آموزنده، کاربردی و انتقادی). این راهبردها برای رسیدن به آرمان‌هایی مانند یادگیری دانش نظری، توان تحلیل و نقادی، و برخوردارشدن شاگردان از منش آکادمیک بوده است. اجرای این راهبرد تدریس خود نیازمند برخورداری استاد از دو ویژگی است: دانش منسجم و روزآمد و کم‌نظیر، و مهارت اجتماعی بالا در تعامل با شاگردان. http://www.jsfc.ir/article_100936_d82db93f3a961930607aaaf735be78f3.pdf
