The first part deals with the ethical merits of research with regard to three categories, i.e., research subject, researcher and the organization in charge of research. The second part of the paper deals with pathology of research. This part focuses on the ethical ‘ought not to’s of researcher and the related organization. A reflection on the behavioral impediments in research would demonstrate the imperative of commitment to ethical values and ‘ought to’s. On the basis of the said arguments the present paper is an attempt to offer a plan for a charter of ethics in research on the basis of Islamic values. مقاله حاضر در دو بخش به تبیین منشور اخلاقی امر پژوهش می پردازد. بخش اول شامل بایستگی‌های اخلاقی پژوهش در سه مقوله موضوع پژوهش، پژوهشگر و سازمان متصدی پژوهش است. بخش دوم مقاله متکفل آسیب‌شناسی پژوهش است. این بحث با تبیین نبایدهای اخلاقی پژوهشگر و سازمان مربوط به سامان رسیده است. تدبّر در آسیب‌های رفتاری در پژوهش ضرورت الزام به ارزش‌ها و بایدهای اخلاقی را نشان می‌دهد. براساس مباحث این مقاله می‌توان به طرحی از منشور اخلاق پژوهش بر بنیان ارزش‌های اسلامی دست یافت.<br /><br /> http://www.jsfc.ir/article_44088_629f99dd4ec30e6903259174a7e790f8.pdf
