Journal Article 2025 07 28 Today, good governance is considered one of the dominant theories and models in the field of administration and leadership, and has become the focus of increasing attention of scholars and development activists, as well as the special agenda of modern governments and societies. Therefore, this article attempts to review the principles and pillars of this management-policy approach in light of Ayatollah Raisi's performance. This research is developmental in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of its methodology. The required data has been collected through library methods and online resources. For this purpose, the components of good governance are reviewed using descriptive-analytical and comparative-documentary methods. The research findings show that good governance has been considered as a new theory and model in the administration and leadership of societies and has enjoyed increasing use in development literature as well as international documents. The importance and appeal of good governance lies in the central issue that the successes or failures of governance not only affect the contemporary generation, but also, with a ripple effect over time, overshadow future generations and lead to the development or limitation of their freedom, well-being and choice in the future. Therefore, the desirability of governance involves maintaining and enhancing the level of well-being, freedom, choice, prosperity and desirable life of contemporary and future generations, as well as the capacities for sustaining and stabilizing human life at the level of human societies. امروزه حکمرانی مطلوب به‌عنوان یکی از نظریه‌ها و الگوهای غالب در عرصه اداره و راهبری مطرح، و در کانون توجه فزاینده اندیشمندان و فعالان توسعه و همچنین دستور کار ویژه دولت‌ها و جوامع نوین قرار گرفته است. ازاین‌رو، در این مقاله تلاش شده است تا اصول و ارکان این رویکرد مدیریتی ـ سیاستی در پرتوی عملکرد آیت‌الله رئیسی مورد بازخوانی قرار گیرد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش‌شناسی، کیفی است. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و منابع برخط جمع‌آوری شده است. بدین‌ منظور، با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و تطبیقی ـ اسنادی به بازخوانی مؤلفه‌های حکمرانی مطلوب پرداخته می‌شود. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد حکمرانی مطلوب به‌عنوان نظریه و الگویی نوین در اداره و راهبری جوامع مورد توجه قرار گرفته و از کاربرد فزاینده‌ای در ادبیات توسعه و همچنین اسناد بین‌المللی برخوردار شده است. اهمیت و جذابیت حکمرانی مطلوب در این مسئله محوری نهفته است که موفقیت‌ها و یا عدم‌ موفقیت‌های حکمرانی نه‌تنها نسل معاصر را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد، بلکه با حرکت مواج در گذر زمان، نسل‌های آینده را نیز تحت‌الشعاع قرار می‌دهد و به توسعه و یا محدودیت آزادی، رفاه و انتخاب آن‌ها در آینده منجر می‌شود. ازاین‌‌رو، مطلوبیت حکمرانی متضمن حفظ و ارتقای سطح رفاه، آزادی، انتخاب، بهروزی و زندگی مطلوب نسل‌های معاصر و آینده و همچنین ظرفیت‌های تداوم‌بخش و پایدارساز حیات انسانی در سطح جوامع بشری است. http://www.jsfc.ir/article_247384_021cb7ee63f44cf57467bf4e9e25762f.pdf
