This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the actions and practices of the 13th Government in order to make sanctions ineffective. The research was conducted on all websites and news agencies in the country regarding the performance of the 13th Government, focusing on the recommendations of the Supreme Leader for actions and practices in order to implement the resistance economy. The news from the mentioned websites was collected using the Fiche tool and then the content was analyzed. To achieve reliability, after reviewing the collected materials and the results derived from them several times, the collected materials and the analyses carried out were presented to four people with expertise in the subject and their corrective opinions were applied. The findings of this research include 75 basic actions of the 13th government, which are categorized under 10 axes recommended by the Supreme Leader. By adopting practical and comprehensive approaches in areas such as the revival of domestic production, financial management, the development of economic diplomacy, the fight against corruption, and the strengthening of technology, the 13th government has tried to implement the resistance economy as a strategy to neutralize sanctions and enhance economic and national security. These actions are within the framework of the theories and results of previous research on the resistance economy and economic security. یکی از روش‌های کاهش تاثیر تحریم‌های اقتصادی روی وضعیت اقتصاد کشور، ناکارآمدسازی تحریم‌ها است. این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به اقدام و عمل دولت سیزدهم به منظور ناکارآمدسازی تحریم‌ها انجام شده است. پژوهش کاربردی حاضر با ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی و رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. جامعه هدف این پژوهش کلیه وبگاه‌ها و خبرگزاری‌های کشور در خصوص عملکرد دولت سیزدهم و با محوریت توصیه‌های مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) برای اقدام و عمل به منظور پیاده‌سازی اقتصاد مقاومتی بوده است. اخبار وبگاه‌های مذکور با ابزار فیش‌ جمع‌آوری و سپس تحلیل محتوا شده است. برای دستیابی به قابلیت اعتماد، پس از چندین بار مرور مطالب گردآوری شده و نتایج برگرفته از آن‌ها، مطالب گردآوری شده و تحلیل‌های انجام شده به چهار از افراد دارای تخصص نسبت به موضوع ارائه و نظرات اصلاحی آن‌ها اعمال شد. یافته‌های این پژوهش شامل 75 اقدام اساسی دولت سیزدهم است که ذیل 10 محور توصیه‌شده توسط مقام‌ معظم رهبری دسته‌بندی شده است. دولت سیزدهم با اتخاذ رویکردهای عملی و جامع در حوزه‌هایی مانند احیای تولید داخلی، مدیریت مالی، توسعه دیپلماسی اقتصادی، مبارزه با فساد و تقویت فناوری، تلاش کرده است اقتصاد مقاومتی را به عنوان راهبردی برای خنثی‌سازی تحریم‌ها و ارتقای امنیت اقتصادی و ملی اجرا کند. این اقدامات در چارچوب نظریه‌ها و نتایج پژوهش‌های پیشین اقتصاد مقاومتی و امنیت اقتصادی قرار دارد و می‌تواند به تقویت ثبات و استقلال کشور در شرایط تحریم کمک نماید. http://www.jsfc.ir/article_233234_3bc3c3cee73f976b70860f3d324182a0.pdf
